Apply the solution generously and let it soak in for 5-10 minutes. With a sponge or a soft-bristle brush scrub the away the rust remnants. If needed, repeat. Hydrogen Peroxide Will Remove Rust Stains from Grout

Powder Laundry Detergent Grout Rust Remover

Powder laundry detergent is gentle, yet effective against rust stains on grout. The rust stain needs to be pre-dampened first, followed by a sprinkling of a layer of powder laundry detergent. Allow the detergent to loosen the rust for 5-10 minutes. Use circular scrubbing patterns with a sponge or a soft-bristle brush to scrub away the rust, immediately follow up with warm water to rinse the area clean. Repeat as necessary and ensure you always rinse the area clean.
