Stone Floor Sealant Should Be Applied Periodically

Travertine file has a smooth surface that appears to be non-porous, it contains many microscopic pores. These pores will collect dirt particles, liquids from spills and other elements. More dirt collects in the pores over time the floor will look increasingly dirty and discolored. Mold growth can be a concern. The best way to reduce this concern is to seal the floor periodically.
